Kompong Chhnang is a province well known for clay pottery. The name of the province means “Port of Pottery.” The people of this province enjoy making pots, vases and various other types of ceramics during the off-harvest season. The quiet village of Ondong Rossey is where the area’s famous pottery originates.

The pots, mostly unpainted but decorated with designs. The intricate process is fascinating to observe.

A short boat ride from the waterfront will take travelers to amazing floating villages: Phoum Kandal and Chong Kos.

Kampong Chhnang is also famous in Cambodia for exporting dried fish, smoked fish and fresh fish from the Tonle Sap Lake.

On the way we will stop to fish at the best spots, we will offer lunch at 12pm on the boat. We will also bring you to fish on the Tonle Sap Lake as well.
